My belly doesn’t hang over my pants anymore!!!! 😭😭😭
I started the first round on June 10th. Followed that with 25 days of the lean body system.
Then July 10th I started my second 5 day drop which ended yesterday
I am feeling absolutely amazing!!!! This was just what I needed! The end of summer is full of pool parties and lake trips with family and friends to celebrate summer coming to an end and the school year starting (I’m a teacher).
For me it was/is about losing some weight and getting myself healthy. But it was also about feeling healthy and feeling amazing!

Finished my 5 day drop! Down 5 lbs, 3 inches in my waist and 1 inch in my hips 🙌🙌 I didn’t have a ton of weight to lose anymore (already lost 20 from pregnancy) but I just wanted a few lbs and my belly gone! After having 4 babies it’s been nearly impossible to get rid of my lower belly, bloat and inflammation.
